We are a platform that enables artists and designers to sell directly to customers. Each shop is different and has its own policies. Please do spare some time to go through the policies before making a transaction. Having said that, we stand behind our sellers and want you to be satisfied with the products they sell.
Refund: We expect the delivery time to be a maximum of 10 days from the date of shipment as committed by seller for shipments within India and 25 days for shipments outside India. In case you do not receive the product within delivery time, you shall be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price. Please do reach out to us within 5 days of expiry of the Delivery time. Refunds would usually be initiated within 48 working hours once a confirmed refund request is received.
If you receive an item that doesn’t match the description in the product listing, or if it arrived in a damaged or defective condition, you are eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If such claim is raised, the seller has the option to disagree to the same, in which case the Company may put the claim on hold for checks and verifications. The Company may contact you for the purposes of verification. If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced and a refund against the returned product will be issued.
If you changed your mind, you’ll need to check the seller’s return policy in the listing – some sellers offer free returns but usually you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
Returns would usually be initiated within 48 working hours and replacements or refunds will be initiated only once the seller receives the original product back in good condition. In case of transit damage for returns, the seller may only offer a partial refund.
